Supporting the emotional wellbeing of year 6 children
Catherine who is a Children's Specialist Nurse for emotional health and wellbeing in our 0-19 Team in Sefton has written and delivered classroom sessions to support year 6 children to manage worries in respect of SATS and transitioning to High School. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the sessions have been recorded to share with year 6 pupils. The team would like to share the interventions with staff who have year 6 children to help support their emotional wellbeing.
